For a number of years now, Paul and Lesley's ministry focus has been on helping the staff and those within Agapé grow and be better equipped to fulfill the Great Commission. It's a bit like tending a people tree. There are times of tremendous growth, when all you do is add a little water , stand back and watch. There are other "out of season" times when a lot more tender caring and nurturing are needed, and although nothing is visible on the outside, it is a vital time that will produce fruit in season, and see God's kingdom grow as a result.
